Making a Purchase
By accessing or using the teabythesea.com.au website (the Website), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions of this Website (Terms and Conditions). If you do not wish to be bound by the Terms & Conditions, you may not access or use the Website.

Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Simply browse our online Tea Shoppe and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. When you have finished selecting your purchases, click on the checkout icon. You will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.

We accept payments using PayPal. All dollar values have been listed in Australian Dollars. Postage (within Australia) will be automatically added to your shopping basket. If you are an international customer please email us and we will confirm cost of postage. If you would prefer to pay by direct deposit please contact us for these details.

Delivery
Goods will be dispatched within one week of ordering. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to post your goods within five business days of you placing your order, we will advise you by email as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or partial delivery of your order. We accept no responsibility for delays in the postal system.

Pricing and Payment
The prices for any products ordered will be as quoted on the Website, except in the case of obvious errors. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing and availability information on the Website, there may be occasions when these are not up to date and we reserve the right to change them without notice.

You undertake to us that the details you give to us whilst using the Website are correct, in particular, the credit/debit card you are using is your own. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If the goods have been damaged or soiled in postage please contact us.
